Lecture: Nutrition and Metabolism in Space

Nicole Foster is a registered paramedic with a Master's in Public Health and Tropical Medicine and a Fellow of the Academy of Wilderness Medicine. She has contributed to the 'NATO Special Operations Combat Medic Remote and Austere Medicine Field Guide for Practitioners' and specialises in remote and austere environments. Nicole has worked in various settings, including jurisdictional ambulance services, offshore vessels, exploration sites, NGOs, and as an external contractor with the military. She is the current Vice President - International Health Research Institute (IHRI)
