psychological health, wellbeing, and mental performance in extreme, remote, and operational environments.

Member Access

Compass exists as a Directory of Services (DoS) for members to access private support services.

Evidenced Base

COMPASS provides strategic guidance to the Academy on mental health and performance domains and supports the development of evidence-informed approaches to psychological readiness, resilience, and wellbeing.
Centre for Operational Mental Performance and Support Services (COMPASS)

Promoting operational effectiveness and career longevity through mental fitness and psychological support in extremes.

COMPASS supports the creation of resources, tools, and best-practice guidance for members working in challenging and high-consequence settings. In addition, it facilitates access to external, independent mental health and performance support services through the COMPASS Directory of Services (DoS), ensuring members can readily connect with appropriate professional assistance when needed.
Directory of Services &

Compass Advisory Group

While COMPASS operates as an advisory group to the Academy, it also functions as a Directory of Services (DoS) designed to facilitate access to external, independent mental health and performance support services.

The COMPASS Directory of Services provides members with access to information regarding independent practitioners and services specialising in psychological health, wellbeing, and performance in extreme, remote, and operational environments.
